Data Deletion — Locatch

You can request deletion of your Locatch data at any time.

Delete your account from inside the app

The easiest way to delete your data is to delete your account from within the Locatch app:

1. Open Locatch and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Settings.
3. Choose Delete account and follow the steps.

When you confirm deletion, we will:

• Delete or anonymize your Locatch profile and account record
• Remove your profile photo(s) and other media stored for your account
• Delete or anonymize event participation, messages, and other data that can reasonably be linked back to you, except where we must keep some information for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons

Subscription payments are managed by Google Play / the App Store. Deleting your Locatch account does not automatically cancel your subscription. To stop future charges, you must cancel your subscription in your Google Play or App Store account settings.

If you cannot access the app

If you no longer have access to the Locatch app or your account, you can request deletion by email.

Send an email to info@soceth.com with the subject line “Delete My Locatch Account” and include:

• The email address associated with your Locatch account
• Any additional information that helps us identify your account

We will process your request and delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, unless we are required to keep some information for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.
